11月16日，美國(guó)國(guó)際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)（itc）發(fā)布公告稱，對(duì)特定軟彈發(fā)射裝置及其部件、彈藥和下游產(chǎn)品（certain soft projectile launching devices, components thereof, ammunition, and products containing same，調(diào)查編碼：337-ta-1325）作出337部分終裁：對(duì)本案行政法官于2022年10月24日作出的初裁（no.10）不予復(fù)審，即基于申請(qǐng)方撤回，終止對(duì)美國(guó)注冊(cè)專利號(hào)8,371,282的第1、2、4、5、7、9-12、18項(xiàng)權(quán)利要求和對(duì)美國(guó)注冊(cè)專利號(hào)8,640,683第13、15項(xiàng)權(quán)利要求的調(diào)查。
