b．“買(mǎi)方憑賣(mài)方開(kāi)具的跟單匯票，于見(jiàn)票日后××天付款，付款后交單?！?br>the buyers shall pay against documentary draft drawn by the sellers at ×× days\’ sight，the shipping documents are to be delivered against payment only．
c．“買(mǎi)方對(duì)賣(mài)方開(kāi)具的見(jiàn)票后××天付款的跟單匯票，于提示時(shí)承兌，并于匯票到期日即予付款，承兌后交單?！?br>the buyers shall duly accept the documentary draft drawn by the sellers at ×× days\’ sight upon first presentation and make payment on it\’s maturity． the shipping documents are to be delivered against acceptance after it has been made．
